Campor Child Safety Standards
Campor is committed to protecting children and young people. This page describes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how users can report concerns, and how we respond.
1. Our commitment
Campor is built for verified students at participating educational institutions. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any content or conduct that endangers minors.
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities when required.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on Campor:
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
- Inappropriate sexual content involving minors
- Any conduct that puts children or young people at risk
3. How to report in the app
Users can report child safety concerns directly inside the Campor app. We provide dedicated reporting so concerns are reviewed promptly.
- Profile → Settings → Help → Report safety concern (dedicated safety report form)
- Profile → Settings → Help → Child safety standards (in-app policy)
- Use Report on home feed posts, community posts, comments, user profiles, and marketplace listings, and select Child Safety Concern
4. Dedicated safety report form
The in-app Report safety concern form allows users to submit the following concern types:
- Child safety / CSAE
- Grooming or exploitation
- Inappropriate content involving minors
- Other safety concern
5. What we do when we receive a report
All child safety reports are taken seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of a report, Campor may:
- Review reported content, accounts, and related activity
- Remove content that violates these standards
- Suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in violations
- Preserve information as required for investigations
- Report confirmed CSAM and serious CSAE to appropriate authorities
6. Contact
For child safety questions or to report a concern outside the app, contact us at help@campor.app. This is the official child safety contact for Campor.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
