Campor User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Campor is available only to verified students of participating educational institutions. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, all activity under your account, and keeping account information up to date. Campor may suspend accounts that violate this Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior, not to post illegal or harmful content, not to attempt unauthorized access to systems, and not to use the Service for unauthorized commercial advertising. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Marketplace And Student Transactions

5.1 Platform Role

Campor provides a digital platform for students to communicate and arrange transactions. Campor is not a party to any transaction between users.

5.2 Independent Transactions

All pricing, negotiations, agreements, and delivery arrangements are determined solely between users. Campor does not verify product quality, does not guarantee delivery, and is not responsible for payment disputes or transaction outcomes.

5.3 Safety Recommendations

Campor may recommend designated public campus meeting locations to promote student safety. Campor is not responsible for in-person meetings, user conduct, or any loss, injury, or damage. You are responsible for exercising appropriate caution.

5.4 Product Issues

If a product is not delivered as promised or is significantly misrepresented, you may contact Campor. Campor may review platform communications and take action, including warnings or account suspension, but does not guarantee refunds or compensation.

5.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campor shall not be liable for fraudulent listings, misrepresentation, failed transactions, user disputes, or physical harm related to meetings.

6. AI Assistant (Adam)

The AI assistant provides informational support only and does not replace official institutional guidance. Campor is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

7. Intellectual Property

Campor retains ownership of all platform design, branding, and technology. You retain ownership of content you post but grant Campor a non-exclusive license to display and operate such content within the Service.

8. Termination

Campor may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement. You may delete your account at any time, subject to applicable laws and data retention requirements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Campor does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
